Last updated: June 21, 2026
By downloading, accessing, or using the MissFire mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Intended Use
MissFire is intended for OBD-II diagnostics, telemetry inspection, and misfire monitoring. You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and in a safe manner.
2. Acceptable Use Restrictions
- You must not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise Service integrity beyond rights granted by law.
- You must not use the Service while driving in a way that causes distraction or unsafe operation.
3. Local Data and User Responsibility

MissFire depends on third-party hardware, firmware, and vehicle ECU behavior (for example ELM327-compatible adapters). We do not guarantee identical behavior across all adapter models, clone devices, vehicles, or firmware revisions.
5. Purchases and Store Billing
If paid features are offered, billing and payment processing are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive or store your full payment details.
6. Service Updates and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including diagnostics features, compatibility layers, or UI functionality.
